Roberto Max has a Law Degree from the Federal University of Espírito Santo in 1998.
Completed a Masters in Law at the State University of Rio de Janeiro in 2001, in "International Law and Economic Integration", specializing in Maritime Law and International Trade.
Roberto has been involved with Maritime Law since the beginning of his professional activity, with emphasis on areas of Civil Law, Commercial Law and Tax Law, giving legal opinion on the incidence of duty on international trade, service transactions and necessary tax planning. Roberto has extensive experience in litigation consulting and preventive legal advice, and provided such services to major exporters and importers of the country, as well as shipowners, charterers, shipping agencies and port terminals operators.
Also active in the academic field since 1998 as a professor of law both in graduation and post graduation, teaching subjects such as Civil Law, Business Law, and Insurance Maritime, International Contracts, International Commercial Operations, International Law.
Currently he is the attorney responsible for litigation at Espírito Santo.
